Thirty-one percent off average days in stock

Vialla Motors

An independent dealer listing every car manually on four portals. We made it one entry and gave them true margin per unit.

The challenge

Vialla listed each vehicle by hand on AutoTrader, Motors, their own website and Facebook. A car could sit unlisted for two days after arriving. Leads came from four sources into three inboxes with no shared follow-up list.

Prep costs were recorded on paper, so per-unit margin was a guess.

02

What we built

One vehicle record now syndicates automatically to every channel with photos and spec. Leads from all sources land in a single pipeline with follow-up prompts. Workshop job cards run on tablets, with prep costs booked against the vehicle.

Service reminders for MOT and annual service now go out automatically.

03

The outcome

Average days in stock fell 31%. Service retention rose 58% once reminders started going out. The sales manager got four hours a day back.

I was listing cars on four sites by hand. Now I enter it once and it is everywhere before I have finished my coffee. Days in stock is down a third.
