Does it work with my existing hardware?
Usually yes. We support standard USB and network barcode scanners, ESC/POS receipt printers, cash drawers and the major UK card terminals. Send us your model numbers and we will confirm before you commit.
What happens if the internet goes down mid-sale?
Nothing visible. The terminal keeps its own copy of the catalogue and queues transactions locally. Card payments go through the terminal's own connection. Everything reconciles when the line is back.
Is there a per-terminal monthly fee?
No. You buy the system once and add terminals at no extra licence cost. Support is a separate optional plan.
