The challenge
Marchmont managed six hundred units with compliance dates in a spreadsheet. Listings were re-keyed into Rightmove and Zoopla. Maintenance requests arrived by phone and were sometimes forgotten entirely.
What we built
Every certificate now has a tracked expiry with escalating alerts, contractor assignment and landlord approval built in. Listings syndicate from one entry. Tenants report maintenance through a portal that routes to the right contractor with photos attached.
The outcome
Eighteen months with no missed renewal. Time from instruction to live listing fell 47%. Each property manager now handles 2.4× the portfolio they did before.
