What happens after I send an enquiry?
A human reads it and replies within one working day, usually with two or three specific questions. If it looks like a fit we book a 30-minute call. There is no automated sequence and nobody will phone you repeatedly.
Will I be handed to a different team after signing?
No. The people on your first call are the people who build it. We are deliberately small so that this stays true.
How involved do we need to be?
More at the start than at the end. Discovery needs real access to the people doing the work — typically two or three half-days. During the build it is a 45-minute review every fortnight.
What if we need changes after launch?
Small changes are usually covered by the hours in your care plan. Larger pieces get quoted like any other work. And because you have the source code, you are free to have anybody else make them.
